Hapcheon Museum Hosts the 27th Themed Cultural Lecture Series

Invited Lecture by Professors Kim Dongwon and Yoo Woochang at Pusan National University

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] The Hapcheon Museum in Gyeongnam announced on the 16th that it will open and operate the "27th Themed Cultural Lecture" for six weeks from February 2 to March 16, every Thursday from 2 PM to 4 PM at the Hapcheon Museum Auditorium.


The 27th Themed Cultural Lecture is prepared under the theme "The Rise and Fall of Dynasties," focusing on the current situations in Korea, Japan, and the Middle East.


The lecturers include Professor An Soo-hyun, a visiting professor in the Department of Japanese Language and Literature at Pusan National University who has authored research papers on Japanese history and literature; Professor Kim Dong-won, a visiting professor in the Department of History Education at Pusan National University, well-versed in European history and culture; and Professor Yoo Woo-chang, a visiting professor in the Department of History at Pusan National University, who researches ancient Korean history. They will provide high-quality lectures.

The specific lecture topics include "The Habsburgs, Europe's Greatest Dynasty," "One Japan," "The Prosperity and Fall of Goguryeo," "The Habsburg Jaw," "The Edo Period," and "The Rise and Fall of Gaya."


The Hapcheon Museum regularly operates the "Themed Cultural Lecture" educational program every winter, with many participants attending each year. For inquiries about the lectures, please contact the Hapcheon Museum.
