"Let's Play with Light and Sand" is a popular sand art play experience exhibition series loved every year at the Culture and Arts Center.

This year, it will be conducted as a convergence experience exhibition where children learn through art play by directly touching and feeling, breaking away from the rigid art education learned in classrooms, with performances using glow-in-the-dark paper and pens in the dark.

Park Jin-ah, Korea's first sand art artist, participates and performs two themes: "Let's Play with Sand," an emotional sand art experience where children directly try the performance, and "Let's Play with Light," using glow-in-the-dark drawing in the dark.

"Let's Play with Sand" allows participants to directly experience a performance of drawing various shapes by sprinkling and painting colorful sand and light on an LED drawing board.

It is a program that stimulates artistic sensibility and healing by fostering creativity and imagination and through communication processes with friends or family.

"Let's Play with Light" is a unique time to freely draw and directly experience through the instructor's performance using light and drawing in a dark space.

The experience takes about 70 minutes in total and operates five times daily (10:00 a.m., 11:20 a.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:50 p.m., 4:10 p.m.). The number of viewers is limited to a maximum of 40, and the entrance is partially controlled.

Participation is possible from 24 months old, and there are admission fees and group discounts. For more details, please contact the Ulsan Culture and Arts Center website or the Arts Business and Exhibition Education Team.
