Genstamate Signs Agreement with BDO Seonghyeon Accounting Firm for Real Estate Service Collaboration

Global commercial real estate consulting firm ‘Genstarmate (CEO Lee Chang-wook)’ signed an agreement for real estate service collaboration with ‘BDO Seonghyeon Accounting Corporation (CEO Yoon Gil-bae, hereinafter Seonghyeon)’ on the 11th.

Through this agreement, both companies will cooperate to share real estate-related information and discover and promote collaborative models that can create mutual synergies in real estate market research and marketing, purchase and sale, asset management, and more.

Genstarmate is the largest commercial real estate service company in Korea, providing services including asset management, lease consulting, asset purchase and sale consulting, asset due diligence, retail services, and real estate consulting. Additionally, based on an extensive commercial real estate market database, it publishes various research reports, establishing a comprehensive service value chain covering all aspects of commercial real estate operation and management.
