The reward system for collecting illegal mobile advertisements is a program that provides compensation for collecting illegal mobile advertisements that damage the urban landscape and threaten the safety of residents.
Eligible participants are local residents aged 19 and over, and compensation is given for collecting illegal mobile advertisements such as ▲banners (1,000 KRW) ▲posters (50 KRW) ▲promotional flyers (20 KRW) ▲business card-type flyers (5 KRW). The maximum compensation limit per person per collection is 50,000 KRW.
Those who wish to participate can visit the six eup administrative welfare centers on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month to apply, and after training, they can participate in the collection activities.
An Ulju-gun official stated, “There are limits to eradicating illegal mobile advertisements through administrative maintenance and crackdowns alone,” and added, “We ask for the active participation of residents so that we can create a pleasant urban environment through the illegal mobile advertisement collection system.”
