[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] POSCO E&C announced on the 11th that it plans to sell units of ‘The Sharp Arte’ in Incheon next month.
‘The Sharp Arte’ is set to be developed as a large complex with a total of 1,146 households across 10 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, located at 1545-2 Juan-dong, Michuhol-gu, Incheon. Among these, 770 units with exclusive areas of 39 to 84㎡ will be available for general sale. By size, the units consist of ▲60 units of 39㎡ ▲465 units of 59㎡ ▲157 units of 74㎡ ▲88 units of 84㎡, mainly popular small to medium-sized types.
‘The Sharp Arte’ boasts excellent transportation networks. Seokbawi Market Station on Incheon Subway Line 2 is located within 100 meters of the complex. Access to the 1st and 2nd Gyeongin Expressways is convenient via Inju-daero, Munhak IC, and Dohwa IC.
In particular, it is considered a beneficiary complex as the GTX (Great Train Express) Line B is planned. Incheon City Hall Station, a transfer station between Incheon Subway Lines 1 and 2, is adjacent, enabling travel to downtown Seoul within 30 minutes once GTX-B line opens.
