On the 6th, DB Insurance announced the launch of the 'DB-S System,' an emergency dispatch personnel movement route information guidance system based on 'T map,' which utilizes real-time traffic information.

Accordingly, customers who request emergency dispatch due to issues such as tires or batteries can receive real-time information on the dispatch personnel's movement route and location. This is expected to minimize customer anxiety, reduce waiting times, and increase satisfaction. Additionally, the system provides emergency dispatch personnel with the optimal route to the customer's location. It is emphasized that shortening dispatch times will also improve work convenience and efficiency.

This system is the first of its kind in the industry. A DB Insurance official stated, "We expect to reduce waiting times per dispatch case and overall service processing time," adding, "We will continue to strive to improve service quality to enhance customer experience."
