[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Wook] The Gyeongnam Miryang Culture and Tourism Foundation will hold the 2023 New Year's Concert on the 13th at 7:30 PM at the Miryang Arirang Art Center Grand Theater.

The "2023 New Year's Concert" is a performance that announces the new beginning of 2023 with a gathering of Korean traditional sounds, ranging from the southern Korean Jeju Haenyeo culture to the traditional folk games of Hwanghae-do in the northern part of the Korean Peninsula.

This performance features Jang Sa-ik, who sings with the most Korean feeling, Korea's representative gugak artist Oh Jeong-hae, the National Intangible Cultural Heritage No. 34 Gangnyeong Talpung Preservation Society, Jeju Daon Dance Company, which won the President's Award at the 30th National Dance Festival, Yeongnam Gugak Orchestra, and Norigwangdae.

A foundation official said, "This is a performance that satisfies the audience's five senses with exciting Korean sounds and diverse programs, and announces a hopeful 2023, so we ask for the citizens' great interest."
