BPA President Kang Jun-seok Conducts Safety Inspection of Open Areas and Construction Sites in Bukhang Redevelopment Project

Busan Port Authority President Kang Jun-seok is conducting a safety inspection of the open areas and construction sites within the North Port redevelopment project site.

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Busan Port Authority (BPA) conducted a safety inspection on the open areas and construction sites within the North Port Redevelopment Project site on the 3rd to realize a safe Busan Port.

On that day, President Kang and the executives started from the aerial pedestrian bridge connecting Busan Station and the International Passenger Terminal within the North Port Redevelopment Project site, then directly visited the open areas such as the waterfront park and scenic waterways, as well as the marina construction site to check for any safety negligence.

After inspecting the pedestrian deck and the pedestrian and vehicular bridges within the waterfront park, President Kang Jun-seok urged, “Please pay special attention to safety management so that citizens visiting the waterfront park can use the open areas safely.”

He then toured the marina construction site and said, “I hope you prioritize worker safety and strive to manage the construction,” instructing to identify and address potential hazards in advance to prevent industrial accidents.

After completing the safety inspection, President Kang shared the inspection results with the managers of the open areas and construction sites and listened to their difficulties.
