IS Dongseo Acquires 3.5 Million Shares of Town Mining Company

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jun-yi] IS Dongseo announced on the 4th that it has decided to acquire 3.5 million shares (worth approximately 227.5 billion KRW) of Town Mining Company Inc. in cash. The purpose of the acquisition is to strengthen competitiveness in the secondary battery recycling business. This corresponds to 15.62% of its equity capital.
