[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yong-woo] Ulsan City is recruiting 20 members for the 2023 Youth Participation Committee targeting youths aged 9 to 24 who reside or study in Ulsan until the 20th of this month.
The "Youth Participation Committee" represents youths in the Ulsan area by providing opinions on youth policies, directly proposing policies, and engaging in policy participation activities such as monitoring and forums.
Members will be active from the inauguration ceremony in February until December, and will receive a letter of appointment and a certificate of activity issued in the name of the mayor.
Opportunities to participate in joint workshops with city, county, and district offices and exchange activities between local governments will be provided, and outstanding participants will be awarded commendations.
Applications can be submitted via email through the Ulsan Youth Activity Promotion Center website.
An official from Ulsan City stated, "We hope that youths with diverse ideas actively participate in the youth policy promotion process to enhance policy effectiveness, expand youth social participation, and promote youth rights and interests."
