Gwangju Shinsegae Holds 'Seol Gift Set' Main Sale Event Until the 21st

High and Low Price Set Dual Expansion Preferred by Customers

First, they will develop both high-priced and low-priced gift sets, which are highly preferred by customers.

Reviewing the sales composition ratio of Gwangju Shinsegae's Lunar New Year gift sets, compared to the Lunar New Year in 2020, the sales of gift sets priced over 300,000 KRW increased from 19% to over 25% in 2022, and those priced between 100,000 and 200,000 KRW rose from 28% to 32%.

Considering this, they secured more than 20% additional stock compared to the previous year for each category.

Also, they will reintroduce gift products that were popular with customers during last year's Lunar New Year.

Best gift products include Sangju dried persimmon sets priced at 75,000 KRW, Jeonnam Jin Hanwoo beef jerky sets at 65,000 KRW, premium fresh ginseng sets at 130,000 KRW, Suhyup Hanareum grilled yellow corvina Manbok sets at 150,000 KRW, Haeyang Susan Jindo Nangjangmang anchovy sets at 65,000 KRW, Fermentation: Gotgan traditional snack sets at 75,000 KRW, and Fermentation: Gotgan Jonggajang sets at 110,000 KRW, among many other gift sets.

A separate TF team will also be operated for corporate and group order customers.

During the Lunar New Year holiday period, food gift sets for corporate and bulk purchase customers will be offered with a 5% Shinsegae gift certificate for same-day payments of 2 million, 3 million, 5 million, 10 million, 20 million, 30 million, or 50 million KRW or more.

Additionally, the ‘Shinsegae Gift Certificate Lunar New Year Package’ event will be held. Customers purchasing Shinsegae gift certificates worth 10 million, 30 million, or 100 million KRW or more will receive an additional 1.5%, 2%, or 2.5% Shinsegae gift certificate based on cash payment.

Furthermore, customers purchasing in bulk will be offered greater discounts per set.
