Educational specialist company Hansol Education (CEO Kim In-hwan) announced that it held a kick-off ceremony at its headquarters on the 2nd to mark the Year of the Rabbit 2023. About 30 people, including CEO Kim In-hwan and key executives, attended the ceremony. The event proceeded with New Year's greetings from the CEO and executives, followed by presentations of plans by each business division.
At the ceremony, Hansol Education CEO Kim In-hwan praised the hard work of employees over the past year and, in his New Year's address, urged a customer-centric management approach, maintaining Hansol Education's unique premium value, and a commitment to change and innovation.
CEO Kim said, “The still important issue for us is, of course, the ‘customer.’ I hope we pay even more attention to managing existing customers and preventing churn.” He added, “To clearly understand where we stand and where we need to go, we must be prepared with a flexible and adaptable attitude.”
Kim Yeon-ho, head of the Education Business Division, said, “The business environment worsens every year, and customer expectations are rising, which causes much concern. However, if we consistently adhere to our basic principles and stay focused, we will surely achieve good results this year.”
Byun Doo-sung, head of the Planning and Coordination Division, also stated, “Last year was a time to strengthen strategies, build structures, and prepare for the future. This year, we expect a turnaround through management activities that enhance efficiency.”
The event concluded with a report on last year's achievements by the Planning and Coordination Office of Hansol Education and detailed presentations of each business division's goals and plans for 2023.
An official from the Planning and Coordination Office said, “The probability that a team winning the first group match in the World Cup advances to the round of 16 is 86%. Let's fasten the first button well by achieving first-quarter results,” expressing determination to maximize performance in the first half of the year.
