Mayor Lee also explained, "We will secure customized sites so that large corporations and advanced technology companies can settle in Suwon, and establish a 100 billion KRW-scale 'Suwon Angel Fund' to support startups, ventures, and small and medium enterprises," adding, "We will strengthen cooperation for the construction of 'Gyeonggi International Airport' and designation of an 'Economic Free Zone' to create momentum for new industries, and plan to announce the outline of the 'Suwon R&D Science Park' in the second half of this year."

For achieving 'innovative transition,' he cited projects such as ▲ realizing balanced development east, west, south, and north through district unit plans for Jangan District, Gosaek 2 District, Mangpo 4 District, and Daeyupyeong District ▲ renovating old complexes in newly activated urban regeneration areas and revitalizing alleyway commercial districts ▲ proactive transition to disaster safety response systems and training 'Citizen Safety Guardians.'

Mayor Lee also mentioned citizen empathy policies including the establishment of an 'Innovative Integrated Civil Service Office,' the creation of a 'Anyone Market Platform,' the development of 'Palm-sized Gardens,' and the establishment of a dedicated organization for families with companion animals.

Mayor Lee promised, "I will devote myself sincerely to 'change,' 'transition,' and 'empathy' toward a new Suwon," and added, "We will lay the foundation to grow and leap forward together with our great citizens."
