Moa General Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter Moa General Construction) recently achieved a complete sell-out of ‘Osan Segyo 2 District A-21 Block Moa Miraedo’ supplied in Osan Segyo 2 District.
In the first priority subscription held last November for ‘Osan Segyo 2 District A-21 Block Moa Miraedo,’ 1,527 subscription accounts were received for 258 units, resulting in an average competition rate of 5.92 to 1 and a highest competition rate of 45.63 to 1 (84A type). All types were closed in the first priority subscription.
Subsequently, through the official contract, preliminary resident selection lottery, and contract process, the sale was completed 100%. This is a rare case of ‘early sell-out’ recently seen in the market.
