[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] The real estate information website 'Gyeonggi Real Estate Portal' surpassed 110 million visits last year.
Gyeonggi Province announced on the 2nd that as a result of providing various services such as 'Checking for Kkangtong Jeonse' through the Gyeonggi Real Estate Portal, the total number of visits last year exceeded 118 million, averaging 320,000 visits per day.
The Gyeonggi Real Estate Portal is a website that provides ▲ real estate prices (Checking for Kkangtong Jeonse, integrated actual transaction inquiry) ▲ comprehensive real estate information (land, buildings, individual official land prices, land use plans) ▲ map services (continuous cadastral maps, aerial cadastral maps) ▲ brokerage and surveying business information, among others.
In particular, since December last year, the province has been offering a service that allows users to easily identify 'Kkangtong Jeonse' listings, where the Jeonse price is equal to or higher than the sale price, at a glance.
Users who want to check whether a property is a Kkangtong Jeonse can access the Gyeonggi Real Estate Portal and select by map or search by address in the 'Checking for Kkangtong Jeonse' menu to verify through the 'Recent Transaction Information (Jeonse/Sale Information)' of the searched area.
Additionally, to enhance convenience for residents, the province provides the Gyeonggi Real Estate Portal user manual divided into beginner and detailed guides, enabling first-time visitors to easily use the portal.
Furthermore, the province has expanded information that residents can refer to when conducting real estate transactions, such as excellent brokerage offices, and improved functions for updating aerial photos and enhancing map service speed.
Ko Jung-guk, Director of the Land Information Division of the province, said, "The Gyeonggi Real Estate Portal is expanding new services every year so that residents can utilize Gyeonggi Province's real estate information in their daily lives." He added, "We provide services for residents who may suffer damages from Kkangtong Jeonse, so those preparing for Jeonse contracts or dealing with newly built villas or houses without transaction prices should thoroughly check prior information or consult to minimize damages."
Meanwhile, a satisfaction survey conducted by Gyeonggi Province from September 29 to October 16 last year targeting 3,878 portal users showed that 3,360 respondents, or 86.6%, were satisfied with the Gyeonggi Real Estate Portal's services.
