[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Gyumin] HL Mando, an electric vehicle solution specialist under HL Group, and HL Clemove, an autonomous driving specialist, announced on the 28th that they will participate in the world’s largest IT exhibition, ‘CES 2023’.

At this CES, the two companies will showcase their imagination about ‘everything that moves.’ The theme ‘Imagine Every Move’ will fill their booth in the West Hall along with dynamic K-dance performances.

Additionally, HL Mando will present differentiated future products in the Flexible Move Zone, while HL Clemove will do so in the Clever Move Zone. They are also preparing various joint CES events with leading mobility companies such as Argus and Sonatus.

The technologies of HL Mando and HL Clemove are featured in the main K-dance video. Dynamic movements such as Locking, Voguing, and Waacking express technological advancements in ▲Flexible Move ▲Clever Move ▲Multi Move ▲Software (Easy Move). The new technologies will be unveiled respectively in the exhibition display zones.

HL Mando’s exhibition space is centered around the ‘electric corner module (e-corner module).’ The e-corner module is the epitome of an electrification system integrating brake, steering, suspension products, and vehicle drive motors. Its application range is broad, from compact cars to small delivery robots and eco-friendly purpose-built vehicles (PBV).

The ‘Clever Move Zone’ is named after HL Clemove’s company name. At this event, they will showcase a wide range of autonomous driving solutions from ‘Level 2+’ to ‘Level 4.’ These include a high-performance radar with 3D antennas that more than doubles detection distance, and ultra-high-resolution cameras supporting over-the-air (OTA) wireless updates. They will also premiere driving footage of the ‘Level 4 Auto Shuttle,’ which integrates autonomous driving solutions.

Meanwhile, during the exhibition, advanced software companies such as Argus and Sonatus will visit the HL Mando booth. Argus is the world’s number one company in mobility cybersecurity. Sonatus is a cloud-based big data solution company for vehicles.
