Hanjin's 'One-Click Delivery Service' Surpasses 52,000 Cumulative Customers Hanjin announced on the 28th that the cumulative number of customers who have subscribed to the 'One-Click Courier Service' has surpassed 52,000 companies.

[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Gyumin] Hanjin announced on the 28th that the cumulative number of customers subscribed to the 'One-Click Courier Service' has surpassed 52,000 companies.


This service was created as part of Creating Shared Value (CSV) to enable small business owners and individual sellers to use courier services at reasonable prices and with simple functions. The service started in October 2019. Currently, more than 1,200 customers subscribe every month on average.


Last year, the One-Click Scale-Up service was introduced. By analyzing customers' usage patterns, it recommends and connects partner services necessary for e-commerce, such as quick and same-day delivery, fulfillment, overseas sales support, shopping mall advancement, and integrated management.

Among the customers subscribed to the One-Click Courier Service, long-term outstanding customers were selected, and an award ceremony was held to deliver thank-you gifts containing messages supporting their growth. This year, the grand prize, given to the customer with the highest volume, was awarded to 'Wehave,' a cosmetics seller. The Best Partner awards went to Yuseong Gloves (gloves), Cheonggyeong Lubricants (lubricants), and Yuyu Shopping (toys), while the Best Growth awards were given to Snug Korea (nursing cushions), Bucheon Jung Sports (sports goods), and Taeyangbyeol (infused tea bags), respectively.


A Hanjin official stated, "We will continue to attract new customers and continuously improve functions necessary for customer growth, fulfilling our role as a solution platform that supports the growth of customers' e-commerce businesses."
