Comtec System Absorbs and Merges with Supi ITsen Holdings

The company stated, "The merger will not have a significant impact on the financial and operational aspects of the surviving company, Comtec Systems, and through the merger of the wholly-owned subsidiary, we expect to create synergies such as enhanced profitability by improving management efficiency."
