[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] Fubon Hyundai Life announced on the 12th that it received the Minister of Employment and Labor Commendation at the ‘2022 Government Awards for Job Creation Contributions.’
The Ministry of Employment and Labor annually awards individuals or organizations that have played a leading role in creating good jobs and promoting youth employment with the Government Awards for Job Creation Contributions.
Fubon Hyundai Life received the Minister’s Commendation in the job creation support organization category, being the only company in the insurance industry to do so.
While the total number of employees in the life insurance industry decreased by 11% over the past two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Fubon Hyundai Life increased its workforce by 14.5% compared to 2020 through active recruitment to attract talent.
More than half of the newly hired employees at Fubon Hyundai Life were women and youth, significantly contributing to job creation for women and youth facing employment difficulties.
Since 2019, Fubon Hyundai Life has actively communicated with job seekers by participating in foreign-invested company job fairs and providing interview consulting.
