[Asia Economy Reporter Noh Kyung-jo] Dongbu Construction announced on the 12th that it will conduct an open recruitment for new employees in 2023.
The recruitment fields are ▲Civil Engineering ▲Architecture ▲Mechanical Engineering ▲Electrical Engineering. Applicants must be graduates of a four-year regular university or expected to graduate by February next year, majoring in related departments, have completed military service or be exempted, and have no disqualifications for overseas travel. Preference will be given to those holding relevant certifications, excellent language skills, or a master's degree or higher.
The hiring process consists of document screening, artificial intelligence (AI) competency test, and first and second interviews. The employment start date is March next year, and the work locations are Dongbu Construction headquarters and sites nationwide. Those wishing to apply can submit their applications online through the Dongbu Construction recruitment website by the 25th.
Dongbu Construction hired about 150 new and experienced employees this year. The company plans to continue hiring steadily through external growth such as increased order volume and expanded sales scale, as well as new business initiatives.
A Dongbu Construction official said, "We plan to select talented individuals who are faithful to the basics, with beliefs that align with our management philosophy and the ability to put them into action," adding, "Selected talents will undergo a new employee training course and be provided with various practical opportunities to adapt flexibly to the company organization."
