Discussion on Military Administration Innovation: Discovering Innovative Ideas, Organizational Culture, and Work Methods
[Boseong=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Cheon-seok] Jeollanam-do Boseong-gun announced on the 8th that it held the ‘Innovation Avengers Performance Presentation Contest’ at the county office small conference room.
About 20 members of the county’s Innovation Avengers attended the performance presentation contest, where they presented and shared the results of their team innovation activities.
The four teams of Innovation Avengers presented ideas on improving work methods and organizational culture, such as “Day with Family” and the “112 Campaign,” sharing ways to foster a public service culture that leads advanced local administration.
Deputy Governor Park Woo-yuk said, “The Innovation Avengers, composed of young employees, are leading the paradigm shift in public service and driving innovation in county administration. We will work harder to create a workplace where people want to work through a flexible and communicative public service culture.”
The ‘Boseong-gun Innovation Avengers’ is a bottom-up meeting body launched in December last year to discover fresh ideas from MZ generation employees and reflect them in county administration.
