Hanshin Engineering will open the model house for ‘Haksan Hanshin The Hue Elite Park’ on the 16th and officially begin sales. ‘Haksan Hanshin The Hue Elite Park’ is attracting attention as one of the biggest projects in the Pohang sales market due to its prime location in Pohang’s prestigious school district and its residential comfort within the Haksan Park site.
‘Haksan Hanshin The Hue Elite Park’ will be developed in Haksan-dong, Buk-gu, Pohang, consisting of 12 apartment buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to 35 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,455 units sized between 75㎡ and 114㎡. By unit size, there are 294 units of 75㎡, 208 units of 80㎡, 619 units of 84㎡, 272 units of 107㎡, and 62 units of 114㎡, offering various floor plans tailored to consumers’ lifestyles.
True to its name ‘Elite,’ the complex boasts an environment specialized for education both inside and outside the complex. First, it is located in Pohang’s top school district comparable to Seoul’s Gangnam 8 school districts. It offers a one-stop prestigious school zone within walking distance, surrounded like a screen by five elementary and secondary schools recognized as Pohang’s elite: Pohang High School, Pohang Girls’ High School, Hangdo Elementary School, Pohang Middle School, and Pohang Girls’ Middle School.
For the first time in Pohang, the project introduces the top-tier educational program of the renowned private education institution Jongno M School, aiming to reduce private education costs and provide high-quality educational services for children. The community club The Hue within the complex also considers children’s educational perspectives by providing facilities such as daycare centers, a community care center, a book club, and study rooms.
‘Haksan Hanshin The Hue Elite Park’ is supplied through a private park development special project within Haksan Park, a representative urban park in Pohang. Of the total park area of approximately 350,000㎡, about 70,000㎡ is allocated for residential facilities, while the rest is developed as green spaces and various themed parks, making the park area account for about 80%, allowing residents to enjoy a more pleasant living environment.
Recently, ‘Haksan Hanshin The Hue Elite Park’ has gained even greater attention due to its exceptional benefits, including balcony expansion fees included and 60% interest-free installment payments. With the current base interest rate at 3.25%, which imposes a heavy interest burden, Hanshin Engineering’s application of interest-free benefits is expected to significantly reduce the loan repayment burden for buyers.
Additionally, Hanshin Engineering announced that it will hold a lottery for applicants, offering a ‘Mercedes-Benz C-class’ passenger car (taxes and acquisition fees borne by the winner) as the grand prize. The second prize aligns with the education-specialized apartment concept, offering a trip for two to explore the U.S. Ivy League universities, and the third prize is an iPad, which has received favorable responses.
Moreover, ‘Haksan Hanshin The Hue Elite Park’ plans to hold daily events for visitors to the model house. During the first three days after opening, various premium home appliances, kitchenware, and daily necessities will be given away through daily lotteries, and a ‘first-come, first-served event’ will provide ramen to the first 200 visitors each day. In line with the education-specialized apartment concept, a free student record consulting program will be offered during the first three days.
A sales official stated, “Prestigious school district apartments are often steady sellers in the market because they attract buyers who are highly interested in their children’s education.” He added, “We expect a lot of interest as this project allows residents to enjoy proximity to famous schools in Pohang’s top school district.”
The application schedule starts with special supply on December 19, followed by first priority on the 20th and second priority on the 21st. Winners will be announced on the 27th of the same month, and official contracts will be conducted from January 9 to 11, 2023.
