[Jeongeup=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Jaegil] Jeongeup Agricultural Technology Center in Jeonbuk announced on the 9th that it is hiring secretariat staff for the ‘Jihwang Convergence Business Group,’ the practical promotion agency of the ‘Jeongeup Jihwang Rural Convergence Industrial Complex Development Project.’
The ‘Jihwang Rural Convergence Industrial Complex Development Project’ is a project investing a total of 3 billion KRW over four years from this year to 2025, promoting convergence of production, processing, and experiential tourism industries using Jeongeup’s specialized crop ‘Jihwang,’ as well as fostering manpower and developing processed and experiential products.
The recruitment fields are one secretariat director and two secretariat staff members, with the working period from January to December next year.
However, the working period can be extended within the total project period after review and resolution by the ‘Rural Convergence Industrial Complex Development Project Steering Committee.’
The main duties are that the secretariat director oversees secretariat operations, and the secretariat staff assist with project fund execution, project result reporting, preparation of settlement documents, and other secretariat operations.
The application period is from the 14th to the 16th (announcement period from December 7 to December 16), and applicants must prepare application forms, resumes, and other required documents and submit them in person to the Jeongeup Agricultural Technology Center.
The city will select the final successful candidates after the first document screening and the second interview test, and announce the results on the 28th.
