[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] The boutique hotel L'Escape by Chosun Hotel & Resort announced on the 9th that it will offer the 'Be My Blueberry' package, providing gourmet benefits using blueberries in collaboration with the U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council, until January 24th next year.

This winter season limited package features cocktails, savory platters (palate cleansers), and blueberry breakfast menus made with U.S. Highbush Blueberries, which produce 90% of the world's blueberries.

The Deluxe room type includes two special cocktails called 'My Blueberry Night.' These can be enjoyed at Mark d'Amour, the hotel's top-floor bar. The special cocktail, developed by a world-class head bartender, combines sweet blueberries with the refreshing flavors of passion fruit and lemon.

The Grand Deluxe room type offers two cocktails along with a blueberry savory platter. The platter includes blueberry caprese salad, blueberry cheesecake, and blueberry granola bars.

The Suite room includes two cocktails, a blueberry savory platter, and breakfast for two at Paled Sin. The Hong Kong-style breakfast set and the Paled Sin food station feature blueberries and blueberry compote which can be enjoyed with croissants and yogurt.
