On the 8th (local time), Yoo Hae-ran added 2 under par in the 5th round of the LPGA Qualifying (Q) Series held at Highland Oaks Golf Course (par 72) in Dothan, Alabama, USA, and stood tied for 9th place (14 under par 344 strokes). The LPGA Tour selected 70 players through the Q Series rounds 1 to 4, which had 100 participants. The top 20 players will earn LPGA Tour cards for next year by combining the results of rounds 5 to 8 and the first week's competition. Players must finish within 45th place to secure conditional status.
Lauren Hartlage (USA) shot 3 under par to maintain the top of the leaderboard (17 under par 341 strokes). Seven players, including Lindy Duncan (USA) and Polly Mack (Germany), are tied for 2nd place by one stroke (16 under par 342 strokes). From Korea, Park Geum-gang surged with 4 under par to jump to a tie for 9th place. Yoon Min-ah is tied for 34th (8 under par 350 strokes), Jeon Ji-won tied for 42nd (7 under par 351 strokes), Hong Ye-eun tied for 54th (5 under par 353 strokes), and Lee Mi-hyang tied for 61st (4 under par 354 strokes).
