[Jangseong=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Jo Hangyu] Jangseong-gun, Jeonnam Province, is holding a contest to create a new city brand that embodies the region's future vision.
The county announced on the 8th that it will promote the "Jangseong-gun Brand Naming and BI (Brand Identity) Contest" until January 11 next year.
Anyone nationwide can participate in this contest, and team participation is also allowed.
The brand naming contest is for creating a new city brand name that reflects Jangseong's identity and consists of a phrase within 7 characters that can be continuously used over time.
If you have conceived a city brand, you can also participate in the BI contest.
BI stands for Brand Identity and refers to logo, typography, character design, etc., that include the brand name.
A total prize of 1 million KRW has been set for the naming category, and 4 million KRW for the BI category.
Only those who apply for the brand naming can participate in the BI category, and duplicate awards are not allowed.
The winning entries will be selected in February next year after internal screening and expert evaluation.
