The number of critically ill patients hospitalized is 435, which is 6 fewer than the previous day. As of 5 p.m. the previous day, the ICU bed occupancy rate was 32.9%, and the occupancy rate of moderate general beds in infectious disease hospitals was 21.8%.
There were 61 new deaths from COVID-19 added on this day. This is 7 more than the previous day. The total cumulative deaths are 30,908, with a fatality rate of 0.11%.
As of midnight on this day, the winter vaccine coverage rate is 23.5% for those aged 60 and over, and 34.7% for residents of infection-vulnerable facilities.
