[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jinyoung] Kurly announced on the 8th that it will hold a 'Year-end Bakery' event where customers can pre-order cakes from famous bakeries timed for Christmas and the year-end season.

The event, running until the 15th, offers up to 20% discounts on popular cakes from bakeries located in Apgujeong, Cheongdam, and other areas. Considering the increased demand for home parties, family gatherings, and various events during the Christmas and year-end season, a diverse selection has been prepared.

The representative product is the 'Aki Cake,' the signature menu of Jiyugaoka Hatchome, famous for its Japanese-style handmade desserts, offered at a 10% discount. This cake is topped with droplet-shaped fresh cream on a chocolate sheet. It captures the authentic taste of 100% handmade cakes made fresh daily in-store and contains no chemical additives, making it safe to eat.

Also featured is the chocolate souffle cake from Tartine Bakery, one of the top three bakeries in San Francisco, USA. It has a bittersweet and sweet flavor from French chocolate, pairing well with coffee, wine, and more. Other notable bakeries include Chosun Deli, Our Bakery, Noah Bakery, and O'Sulloc.

Various desserts can also be pre-ordered through Market Kurly. European-style desserts such as Stollen, traditionally eaten in Germany while waiting for Christmas, Panettone made using traditional Italian recipes, as well as France’s B?che de No?l and Gugelhupf are also offered.
