Handcart Caught at Bottom of Escalator Causes Accident

[Asia Economy Reporter Han Yeju] On the 7th at around 12:03 PM, seven people were injured after falling one after another on the escalator at Exit 2 of Yeonsinnae Station on the Seoul subway.

According to the Seoul Comprehensive Disaster Prevention Center, a handcart carried by Mr. A got stuck at the bottom of the escalator, causing Mr. A to fall, and six citizens following behind lost their balance and fell consecutively.

119 paramedics who responded to the report transported all the injured to the hospital. Their injuries are understood to be relatively minor.
