New York real estate platform Koriny (CEO Taeyoung Moon) announced on the 7th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for real estate consulting in New York with Aster Group.
The two companies plan to provide systematic consulting and link premium lifestyle club services promoted by Aster Group to domestic clients and high-net-worth individuals interested in New York real estate investment. Koriny will offer high-end services by connecting customers with Aster Group’s luxury residential complex developments and membership programs. Additionally, they plan to deliver a higher level of customer service through premium lifestyle spaces and content in Korea.
Taeyoung Moon, CEO of Koriny, stated, “Through the business agreement with Aster Group, we expect to provide differentiated concierge services to our customers,” adding, “We will continue to reflect customers’ interest in New York real estate and expand our network across various fields to enhance our expertise.”
Koriny is the first New York real estate platform for Koreans and a PropTech company (PropTech: online services that combine IT technology with real estate) with headquarters at the World Trade Center in Manhattan, New York, and a branch office in Yeouido, Seoul. It provides total real estate investment services including specialized consulting by real estate sector, market analysis, property recommendations, purchase, and sale, all through non-face-to-face channels.
Aster Group is a new-concept real estate specialized company that introduced DLD (Developer Lead Development), an advanced country-style responsible development method, for the first time in Korea. It directly manages everything from site development, architecture, interior design, sales marketing, to residential service operations.
Kim Gyutae, Executive Director of Strategy at Aster Group, emphasized, “Aster Group focuses on introducing an advanced country-style developing system to Korea and will soon launch the highest level of high-end residential products domestically, linking the operation and facilities of Aster Honors Center.” He added that these efforts align perfectly with Aster’s business direction to introduce the DLD method in Korea.
