Busan Lunchbox Specialist Jundosirak Launches New 'Tteukteukteuk Dosirak'

Joon Dosirak, which is promoting a regular lunchbox delivery business in Busan, has simultaneously launched two new menu items of the ‘Tteukkeun Tteukkeun Dosirak’ to expand customers' choices with a more diverse lunchbox lineup.

Joon Dosirak, aiming to be the first smart factory in the lunchbox industry and first launched in 2021, provides regular delivery mainly to hospitals, companies, offices, and construction sites in Busan and nearby areas, supplying 2,000 convenient lunchboxes daily within just one year of launch. The distinguishing factor is the production facility capable of producing 4,000 lunchboxes per day, which has increased the volume limit of the regular lunchbox delivery service.

The premium lunchbox ‘Tteukkeun Tteukkeun Dosirak’ from Joon Dosirak boasts the biggest advantage of using patented heating lunchboxes for the first time among Busan lunchbox companies. The new menu also enables meals that are difficult to handle in typical lunchboxes, such as spaghetti, jajangmyeon, jjambbong, and gyudon. By simply adding water, the heating agent produces steam in 30 seconds to warm the lunchbox, and the temperature of the heating agent is maintained for about 10 to 15 minutes, making it a perfect customized lunchbox menu especially suitable for chilly seasons like now.

The two newly introduced menu items are ‘Joon Lunch Box’ and ‘Ilpum Dosirak,’ designed so that customers do not have to worry about meal choices with daily changing menus from Monday to Friday. ‘Joon Lunch Box’ features special meals or Western-style menus such as toast, spaghetti, and burritos, while ‘Ilpum Dosirak’ focuses on Chinese and Japanese-style dishes like jajang, kimchi nabe, and gyudon.

Additionally, Joon Dosirak ensures safe and hygienic delivery by using automatic vinyl sealing and compressed shrink packaging for the lunchboxes, manages orders and deliveries through an app, and has a system in place to deliver throughout Busan by 12 noon on the same day. These are also strengths of Joon Dosirak, enabling active response to lunchbox demand with the launch of the new menu.

For regular delivery services such as general regular delivery lunchboxes and premium regular delivery lunchboxes, the weekly menu is updated every Monday on the Joon Dosirak app and website. It can also be used to serve carefully prepared lunchboxes for gatherings or events.
