[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jong-hwa] Coas, a company specializing in office environments, has been certified as a Korea Service Quality Excellence Company for the 7th consecutive time.
The 'Korea Service Quality Excellence Company' certification was introduced in 2001 as the importance of the service industry increased. Based on evaluation criteria developed by the National Institute of Technology and Standards under the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Korea Service Promotion Association awards certificates to outstanding companies and institutions with excellent service quality and customer satisfaction management through objective and rigorous assessments including document review, on-site inspections, and mystery shopping conducted by an evaluation panel composed of industry and academic experts.
Coas received favorable evaluations in seven assessment areas for this certification as well: leadership, service quality management strategy, customer information system, customer contact service operation management, human resources and organizational management, effective resource utilization, and service management performance. Since the introduction of the certification system in 2001, Coas was first certified in 2004 and has been certified consecutively every three years for seven times up to this year.
A Coas representative stated, "This certification is especially meaningful as it recognizes Coas's customer satisfaction management, which we prioritize, for the 7th consecutive time," adding, "We will continue to strive to realize customer value from the customer's perspective not only in terms of products and technology but also in service aspects."
