“We Practiced Carbon Neutrality” ... Changwon Special City Awards Eco-Friendly Green Apartment Competition

10th Anniversary, Recognized for High Performance with Awards and Prize Money Presented to 14 Apartments

Changwon Special City, Gyeongnam, held the 10th Eco-friendly Green Apartment Making Contest awards ceremony in 2022.

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Song Jong-gu] On the 6th, Changwon Special City in Gyeongnam held the 10th 2022 Eco-friendly Green Apartment Making Contest Awards Ceremony with about 100 citizens at the Citizen Hall.

This awards ceremony was conducted in a fun way, similar to a year-end entertainment awards show, so that residents who participated in carbon neutrality practice activities over the past six months could be the main characters.

Central Village was selected for both the Excellence Award and the Special Award.

Among these, Seokdong LH, which conducted the shared refrigerator activity, was selected as an excellent case in Gyeongnam Province and received project funding, creating an opportunity to expand into a shared kitchen. Bongnim Humansia Complex 2, which conducted sharing economy activities, was selected as an excellent case nationwide and received a commendation from the Minister of Environment.
