The Last Special Planning District in Dongtan Core 'Eoullim Familier·Summa Desiang' Sees Over 8,000 Visitors Despite Cold Wave at Model House

‘Dongtan Eoullim Familier·Summa Desiang’ opened a reservation-only preview model house on December 1st, attracting a large crowd with early booking fully booked.


According to sales officials, “Originally, about 5,000 people were scheduled to visit the model house from December 1 to 4, but reservations were fully booked early, and inquiries from additional prospective visitors surged. After increasing operational staff, the capacity was expanded, allowing about 8,000 people to visit and receive sales consultations through the weekend,” they said.


One visitor who actually visited the model house said, “I was able to see the medium-to-large floor plans, various free options, and advanced residential systems firsthand. Dongtan benefits from the price ceiling system and is a non-regulated area, so the visit and consultation were worthwhile.”


The complex will officially begin its subscription schedule starting with special supply on December 5th. First-priority subscriptions will be accepted on the 6th, and second-priority on the 7th. Dongtan 2 New Town is part of a large-scale land development district, allowing residents of the metropolitan area to apply for subscriptions, and it is supplied at a reasonable price under the price ceiling system. Following regulatory easing in November, the loan-to-value ratio (LTV) for mortgage loans has been increased up to 70%, and multi-homeowners can also obtain mortgage loans.


Dongtan Eoullim Familier·Summa Desiang is a large-scale complex consisting of two complexes with a total of 1,256 households in the Sindong area of Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do. Dongtan Eoullim Familier consists of 9 buildings from 3 basement floors to 20 above-ground floors, with units ranging from 84 to 99㎡, totaling 640 households. Summa Desiang consists of 10 buildings from 2 basement floors to 12 above-ground floors, with units ranging from 99 to 109㎡, totaling 616 households.


88% of the total units are medium-to-large units exceeding 85㎡, which are rare in Dongtan. Depending on the type, 4BAY slab-type structures and tower-type structures are applied to broaden floor plan options. The complex is a park-type complex with underground parking, providing ample parking space of 1.85 spaces per household.


In particular, despite being supplied at a reasonable price, various free options are provided as standard when expanded, including entrance pantry, corridor pantry, dressing room, master bedroom powder room, electric laundry drying rack, and wide kitchen windows. The latest specialized systems such as smart ventilation system, clean ventilation heat exchanger, visitor black box at the unit entrance, playground child guardian, solar power generation, and electric vehicle charging facilities are adopted.


Regarding location conditions, SRT Dongtan Station is accessible within 10 minutes by car, making access to Seoul and the metropolitan area convenient. Shinri IC and Dongtan IC are also easily accessible. Transportation benefits include the planned GTX-A Line Dongtan Station and Dongtan Tram Sindong Station. There are abundant living convenience facilities such as E-Mart Traders, Lotte Department Store, and Nonghyup Hanaro Mart. Especially, within walking distance are kindergarten and elementary, middle, and high school sites forming a quadruple school zone, and the new residential culture town boasts a 38% green ratio and excellent residential environment with the nearby Sinrichun Riverside Park and Wangbaesan No.3 Park natural environment.


As such, located at the core of the new residential culture town, the last special planning district of Dongtan 2 New Town, the complex is built mainly with medium-to-large apartments. Along with terrace houses and luxury detached houses being developed nearby, it is expected to become a new affluent area in Dongtan, with Dongtan Eoullim Familier·Summa Desiang emerging as a landmark symbolizing the area.
