POSCO E&C to Launch 'The Sharp Arte' in Downtown Incheon This December

POSCO Engineering & Construction will offer sales of ‘The Sharp Arte’ through the Jooan 10 District Housing Redevelopment Project in Michuhol-gu, Incheon in December.

‘The Sharp Arte’ will be developed on a scale of 1,146 households (including rental units) across 10 buildings, with 2 basement floors and up to 29 floors above ground, featuring exclusive areas ranging from 39 to 84㎡. Among these, 770 units are available for general sale.

The general sale units include 60 units of 39㎡, △272 units of 59㎡A, △25 units of 59㎡B, △168 units of 59㎡C, △157 units of 74㎡, △42 units of 84㎡A, and △46 units of 84㎡B.

‘The Sharp Arte’ is located in a prime area equipped with transportation, commercial facilities, education, and surrounding natural environment.

Seokbawi Market Station on Incheon Subway Line 2 is located within 100 meters of the complex, providing convenient subway access. Access to the (old) 1st Gyeongin Expressway and 2nd Gyeongin Expressway is easy via Inju-daero, Munhak IC, and Dohwa IC, enabling fast travel by car.

‘The Sharp Arte’ will benefit from the GTX-B line (planned), a metropolitan wide-area express railway. Currently, Incheon City Hall Station, a transfer station for Incheon Subway Lines 1 and 2, is just one stop away from Seokbawi Market Station in front of the complex. Once the GTX-B line opens, it will be possible to reach downtown Seoul within 30 minutes.

Within walking distance of the complex are Guwolseo Elementary School, Seokam Elementary School, Dongincheon Middle School, and Incheon High School, and Jooan Library is located right next to the complex. Additionally, many public administrative institutions such as the Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education, Incheon City Hall, Incheon District Court, and Incheon Culture & Arts Center are within a 10-minute drive, providing convenience.

Six parks, including Seokbawi Park and Incheon Central Park, are located nearby. Accessibility to lifestyle infrastructure facilities such as Homeplus Guwol Branch, Lotte Department Store Incheon Branch, and Incheon Bus Terminal is also excellent.

‘The Sharp Arte’ offers various community facilities to ensure high satisfaction for residents. The guest house within the complex allows residents to invite acquaintances to stay comfortably or use it as a party space. A book caf? will also be established where residents can read books, enjoy tea, and chat. In addition, indoor golf practice range, fitness center, GX room, study room, and table tennis room will be provided.

Notably, Incheon Metropolitan City was removed from the regulated area list after November 14, easing subscription conditions and loan regulations by one level. This is expected to increase interest not only from actual demanders who need to commute to downtown Incheon or Seoul but also from investors.

The model house for ‘The Sharp Arte’ is scheduled to open in December. Move-in is expected in May 2024.
