[Asia Economy Reporter Kwangho Lee] On Monday the 5th, cold weather will continue with morning low temperatures dropping to minus 12 degrees Celsius. Some areas along the west coast will experience snow or rain flurries.
The Korea Meteorological Administration announced on the 4th, "Temperatures will remain low and very cold until the day after tomorrow (the 6th). Strong winds will make the wind chill about 5 degrees lower than the actual temperature," adding, "Tomorrow night (the 5th), raindrops or snow flurries are expected in some parts of the west coast."
Expected snowfall and precipitation along the west coast are less than 0.1 cm. On the day after tomorrow, rain or snow is expected in southern Gyeonggi, Chungnam, central and southern Chungbuk, and northern Jeonbuk.
Tomorrow morning’s low temperatures will range from -12 to 2 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs will range from 2 to 8 degrees Celsius.

Marine warnings for strong winds and high waves are in effect for the southern part of the southern West Sea offshore, the central East Sea offshore, the northern part of the southern East Sea offshore, and the southwestern offshore of the South Sea until tomorrow morning. Winds will blow strongly at speeds of 10 to 16 meters per second. The western offshore of Jeju Island and the outer eastern offshore of the South Sea will experience strong winds until tomorrow afternoon.
Fine dust levels nationwide are expected to be at a 'Good' level.
