Hana Financial Group Hosts Employee Healing Concert 'O Eun-young's Ilgayangdeuk'

[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] Hana Financial Group announced on the 4th that it held a healing concert titled "Oh Eun-young's Ilga(家) Yangdeuk" at the main auditorium of Incheon Cheongna Hana Global Campus, where group executives and employees shared their inner worries and sought solutions. The event, held under the theme "Happy Hana at both work and home," featured psychiatrist Dr. Oh Eun-young as the speaker.

The healing concert accepted participation applications from all employees of Hana Financial Group's 15 affiliates. Approximately 500 executives and employees, selected by lottery regardless of their company affiliation, gender, or rank, filled the venue, while about 2,000 group employees who could not attend in person joined via the YouTube live channel, visiting the "One-day Mind Clinic."

Prior to the event, Hana Financial Group collected over 500 stories from participants, categorized into themes of workplace, family, childcare, and self, and conducted counseling sessions. On-site, an impromptu Q&A session was held where Dr. Oh Eun-young and group employees communicated directly.

During the event, in response to Dr. Oh Eun-young's unexpected question, "Chairman, do you have any worries?" Chairman Ham Young-joo appeared as the protagonist of the final story. Chairman Ham shared his thoughts, saying, "Listening to the employees' stories made me reconsider how to make our members happier," and expressed his concern, "What role should the CEO play for the happiness of Hana Financial Group members?"

Dr. Oh Eun-young replied, "The fact that Hana Financial Group organized such an event today shows that it values the unseen hearts of its members," adding, "It is important to continue activities that look into each member's heart and pursue happiness, and I urge the company and its members to view each other with gratitude rather than taking things for granted."

Chairman Ham promised, "There will certainly be difficult moments at times, but let us not lose the love and gratitude we have for each other," and pledged, "As CEO, I will take the lead in resolving each of your concerns heard here today and strive to create a happier organization."
