[Sale Calendar] 22,007 Households Including 'Olympic Park Foreon' for Sale

[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Taemin] According to Real Estate R114, in the second week of December, a total of 22,007 households (12,780 households for general sale) will begin sales across 15 complexes nationwide. Applications will be accepted for 'Olympic Park Foreon' in Dunchon-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, 'Jangwi Xi Radiant' in Jangwi-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, and 'Hoban Summit East Park' in Dangha-dong, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do.


Hyundai Construction, HDC Hyundai Development Company, Daewoo Construction, and Lotte Construction will sell 'Olympic Park Foreon,' a reconstruction of the Dunchon Jugong Apartments located at 170-1 Dunchon-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul. The complex consists of 85 buildings, ranging from 3 basement floors to 35 above-ground floors, with a total of 12,032 households. Among them, 4,786 households with exclusive areas of 29 to 84 square meters will be offered for general sale.


It is the largest apartment complex in Korea, built on a site of approximately 460,000 square meters, conveniently accessible to Dunchon-dong Station on Subway Line 5 and Dunchon Oryun Station and Jungang Veterans Hospital Station on Line 9. The complex includes a daycare center and planned Wirye Elementary School and Dunchon Elementary School, as well as Dongbuk Middle School and Dongbuk High School. Additionally, many elementary, middle, and high schools such as Hansan Elementary, Hansan Middle, Dunchon Middle, Seongnae Middle, and Dunchon High are located nearby.

GS Construction is scheduled to sell 'Bokdae Xi The Sky' in the area of 100-28 Bokdae-dong, Cheongju-si, Chungbuk. The complex consists of 3 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 49 above-ground floors, with a total of 715 households of exclusive areas 84 and 103 square meters. It is close to Hyundai Department Store (Chungcheong branch), Lotte Outlet (Cheongju branch), Gwell City Mall, and Chungbuk National University Hospital. It also offers various cultural infrastructures such as Cheongju Arts Center, Cheongju Art Hall, CGV, and Lotte Cinema. Residents can enjoy many parks including Sinyulbong Park, Seowon Children's Park, and Bokdae Park.
