This gifted education candidate selection exam will conduct a 2nd stage giftedness test and a 3rd stage in-depth evaluation using the GED (Gifted Education Database) system among 4th and 6th grade students in local elementary schools.

A total of 189 Gangnam students and 171 Gangbuk students, who were recommended by their school principals in the 1st stage, took the selection exam.

The 2nd stage giftedness test is an advanced test using domain-specific problem-solving performance tools developed by the Korea Educational Development Institute (KEDI), conducted simultaneously nationwide to evaluate examinees' creative thinking and giftedness.
