According to local media such as NDTV, the woman, who goes by the Twitch ID 'Mhyochi,' was live streaming while walking to her accommodation in Mumbai, India, on the evening of the 30th of last month.
During this time, a man who appeared to be a local grabbed her arm near a motorcycle, saying he would give her a ride home. The woman refused, saying no, but the man placed his hand on her shoulder and tried to kiss her on the cheek.
The man followed the woman as she hurried away to avoid him. Riding a motorcycle with another man, he continued to say he would give her a ride.
The woman later explained on her Twitter, "He grabbed my waist and pulled me onto the motorcycle, then chased me and asked for my phone number," adding, "When I gave them a fake phone number, they left."
She added, "I did my best not to worsen the situation, but I still feel uneasy."
After the video spread through social networking services (SNS), the Indian police registered the case as a sexual violence incident and arrested two men aged 19 and 20 who appeared in the video.
