[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] Duzon Bizon (CEO Kim Yongwoo) announced on the 30th that it has signed a business agreement to support the digital transformation (DX) of member companies of the Gyeonggi Federation of Small and Medium Business Convergence Associations (Chairman Jang Seungwon).
The signing ceremony held on the 29th at Duzon Eulji Tower in Jung-gu, Seoul, was attended by key figures from both organizations, including Ji Yonggu, CEO of Duzon Bizon's Solution Division, Executive Director Cha Junho, Chairman Jang Seungwon of the Gyeonggi Federation of Small and Medium Business Convergence Associations, Executive Vice Chairman Jeong Woojin, and Standing Committee member Lee Jeollo.
Since its establishment in 1994, the Gyeonggi Federation of Small and Medium Business Convergence Associations has contributed to improving companies' management capabilities by sharing business experience and technical know-how across industries. It is the largest SME federation in Gyeonggi Province with about 1,000 member companies, and currently, approximately 30% of its members are using Duzon Bizon's solutions.
Through this agreement, the two organizations plan to build a cooperative network among companies by leveraging Duzon Bizon's expertise as a leading company in enterprise ICT solutions and promoting convergence exchanges among the federation's member companies to activate collaboration such as exploring new business opportunities.
To this end, Duzon Bizon plans to actively support digital transformation activation programs for member companies, including providing benefits when building the all-in-one business platform ‘Amaranth 10 (Amaranseu Ten)’, as well as seminars, consulting, and training. Amaranth 10 is a digital transformation solution born from the convergence of essential business functions such as ERP, groupware, and document management.
The Gyeonggi Federation of Small and Medium Business Convergence Associations agreed to cooperate on matters of mutual benefit, including hosting CEO forums and seminars to support companies' digital transformation, collaborating on digital transformation tasks, and discovering companies with digital transformation needs.
Ji Yonggu, CEO of Duzon Bizon's Solution Division, said, “Through active exchange and cooperation with the Gyeonggi Federation of Small and Medium Business Convergence Associations, we have been able to seek a progressive digital transformation and a new future for member companies,” adding, “We will actively cooperate by utilizing the capabilities and resources of a leading domestic ICT company.”
