Wellbeing Food Co., Ltd., the operator of Jadam Chicken, announced on the 30th that its chairman, Namseok Na, received a commendation from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety for exemplary management.
On the 29th, Chairman Na was awarded the Minister of Food and Drug Safety Commendation at the 2022 Second Half Talent Sharing Contribution Awards ceremony held at the KOBACO Hall in the Korea Broadcasting Center, hosted by the Korea Talent Donation Association and the Korea Creative Management Association. The Talent Sharing Contribution Awards recognize small and medium-sized enterprise officials who lead the culture of talent donation and make significant contributions to society.
Chairman Namseok Na was recognized for his efforts in ethical management and social contribution. Since its inception under the banner of providing healthy and delicious premium chicken, Jadam Chicken has led an ethical food culture by using antibiotic-free and animal welfare-certified raw meat and offering chicken radish without additives that have been subject to harmful controversies.
In corporate management, the company was acknowledged for exemplary franchise operations based on the philosophy that the headquarters, franchise stores, and partner companies must grow together through various win-win collaborations. Additionally, the evaluation reflected the company’s ongoing donations and volunteer activities for marginalized groups whenever opportunities arise.
Meanwhile, at the awards ceremony, along with Chairman Na, CEO Bongjin Lee of Glass Baba Glasses, CEO Seongsu Oh of Kipos Co., Ltd., and CEO Kyunghee Park of Kores also received the Minister of Food and Drug Safety Commendation.
