[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Sehee] Minister of Justice Han Dong-hoon and his family have decided not to receive smartwatches.

On the 30th, according to a compilation of Asia Economy's coverage, Minister Han and his family decided not to accept the smartwatch provision. The police have issued an emergency protective order (prohibition of approaching within 100 meters of the residence) against five members of The Tam Sa who visited Minister Han's home. They are also prohibited from approaching via telecommunication means.

Controversy arose as The Tam Sa disclosed the 'decision document' containing this information, exposing part of the road name address and apartment number of Minister Han's residence.

The police confirmed that they had previously notified The Tam Sa of both the emergency protective order decision and the notification letter. However, since the decision document contains the victim's name and address, which could lead to secondary harm, it is stipulated that it should only be sent to the victim and the victim's legal representative. If the notification letter cannot be delivered, the law requires notification by appropriate means such as orally.

Currently, the police are investigating the five members of The Tam Sa who visited Minister Han's house on charges of trespassing and retaliatory crime.

Separately, the police are also investigating an incident where Kim, a reporter affiliated with The Tam Sa, stalked Minister Han. Kim was sued by Minister Han in September of this year on charges of stalking him after work. Kim voluntarily submitted his mobile phone to the police the day before. The police plan to investigate whether Kim's actions align with journalistic activities and whether there are any additional accomplices.
