Automated External Defibrillators Installed First at 21 Major 365 Corner Branches and 10 Daegu City Designated Facilities

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yeo Jong-gu] DGB Daegu Bank and Daegu City signed a "Business Agreement to Expand the Emergency Safety Net" at Dongin Government Building.
As a leading local company participating in the expansion of the emergency safety net for citizens, fulfilling social responsibility and practicing ESG management, through this agreement, DGB Daegu Bank plans to support the distribution of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) in the region.
Since 2019, DGB Daegu Bank has installed more than 10 AEDs mainly at key branches with high foot traffic and has been continuously expanding this effort.
With this agreement, AEDs will be prioritized for installation at 21 365-corner locations of major branches within the jurisdiction and 10 facilities designated by Daegu City, with plans to increase distribution in the future.
Additionally, leveraging the dense branch network of the leading regional bank, DGB Daegu Bank, a participant in this agreement, has conducted CPR emergency treatment training for its employees and is providing training for new employees this year as well, conducting in-house education to prepare for emergency situations.
