Data solutions global leader Wolters Kluwer announced on the 23rd that it has opened a new CCH Tagetik office in Seoul and is launching the provision of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solutions.
CCH Tagetik, a subsidiary of Wolters Kluwer, is a software company specializing in CPM solutions for the finance and accounting sectors.
Wolters Kluwer established the new office in Seoul to provide professional services amid growing demand for integrated and scalable corporate performance management solutions for financial processes. Wolters Kluwer operates in a total of 11 countries in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, including South Korea.
Karl Mouantri, President of Wolters Kluwer APAC CCH Tagetik, stated, “The reason CCH Tagetik has been successful so far is due to its technical confidence in the solution and its ability to combine local expertise with global best practices. The newly opened Seoul office will contribute to delivering Wolters Kluwer’s values and capabilities to customers and partners across Korea and the APAC region, providing them with a differentiated experience.”
CCH Tagetik’s unique CPM value proposition includes △ transforming underperforming legacy applications into its industry-leading integrated platform △ addressing disconnected point solutions △ and replacing various spreadsheets to transition to the industry’s best integrated platform.
CPM optimizes financial and operational planning, forecasting, and analysis; streamlines statutory and management consolidation processes; and supports regulatory compliance and auditable regulatory reporting such as IFRS 17 and ESG standards.
The new office located in Justco Tower, Gangnam, Seoul, will serve as CCH Tagetik’s domestic headquarters, led by Branch Manager Jeong Yeon-gwi, who joined as the head of Korean operations on September 1. Jeong Yeon-gwi is an industry veteran with 20 years of experience in CPM, having worked at leading global companies such as Accenture, Cisco, HP, Hyosung TNS, and Samsung C&T.
Branch Manager Jeong Yeon-gwi said, “Over the past 20 years, many Korean companies and organizations have implemented CPM solutions, but they still face difficulties in unifying operations and finance across departmental silos. CCH Tagetik’s integrated platform empowers all users to access reconciled and controlled data from a single source of truth, enabling every department to benefit from tools such as forecasting, allocation, workflows, and full Excel integration.”
