MSS Group Introduces RPA... Continues Innovative Growth

MSS Group, a lifestyle hygiene specialist group that owns hygiene product brands such as Cody and Monalisa, is continuing its innovative growth by successfully completing the introduction project of the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) system, an automated work system, thereby enhancing corporate competitiveness and work efficiency.

RPA is a technology that automatically performs simple repetitive tasks such as data collection, input, and comparison using software robots. It is characterized by enabling cost reduction effects through fast and accurate task execution.

Through the introduction of RPA, MSS Group plans to strengthen competitiveness in the rapidly changing and evolving online market by gathering information and building a database on the online market, as well as securing operational efficiency. Additionally, by proactively establishing an automated work system, the group aims to build a competitive advantage in the paper industry and improve employees’ work efficiency and productivity.

The first task to which MSS Group applied the RPA system was market research. As a company selling widely used hygiene products in daily life, it is essential to quickly grasp daily trends of indicators such as product prices. However, since it took a lot of time and cost for employees to conduct surveys manually, these concerns have been resolved through the RPA system. Internally, there has been feedback such as, “It feels reassuring as if we have a digital assistant taking over simple and repetitive tasks.”

In addition, to enhance customer satisfaction, the RPA system was also applied to sending text notifications about delivery delays. The system operates so that when a delivery is delayed, a message is automatically sent to the customer. This allows for more effective communication by promptly informing customers of delivery delays, and at the same time, it enables overall monitoring of delivery status, creating conditions for faster responses to delivery delays.

An MSS Group official stated, “We will strive to fully establish the newly introduced RPA system in tasks such as market research and gradually expand the scope of system utilization,” adding, “We will continue to position ourselves as a leading company that enhances productivity and pursues innovation through such work automation.”

Meanwhile, MSS Group, a lifestyle hygiene specialist group with MSS Holdings (CEO Jeong Hoehun) as its holding company, is strengthening its position as a hygiene product company by launching safe and reliable various hygiene products through its subsidiaries such as Ssangyong C&B and Monalisa.
