[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Chosun Hotel & Resort announced on the 22nd that it has opened the beer pub 'Den 1930s,' a collaboration between the Chinese restaurant Palled Sin at L'Escape and Singapore's first beer Tiger.
Den 1930s is located at the innermost part of Palled Sin on the 6th floor of L'Escape, designed to give the feeling of being in a secret hideout. The space was created with the hope of becoming a refuge where guests can enjoy a refreshing beer and relax amidst their busy daily lives.
It features an exotic atmosphere combining the famous night view of Singapore's cityscape and the glamour of 1930s Shanghai. An LG CineBeam projector is installed inside to enhance the ambiance with stylish visuals. The autographed ball and jersey of Son Heung-min, Tiger Beer ambassador and captain of the South Korean national soccer team, are displayed to offer additional enjoyment for soccer fans.
Draught beers such as Tiger Beer, Heineken, Edelweiss, and Lagunitas IPA are available. A variety of bottled beers and unique cocktails made with Tiger Radler Lemon and Grapefruit beers are also offered. Special menu items exclusive to Den 1930s are introduced. The signature dish is 'Tiger Chips,' seasoned with Den 1930s' special mala seasoning. The Taiwanese-style burger 'Palled Sin Bao,' featuring tender pork and vegetables in a soft bao bun with a chewy texture, and the 'Truffle Shumai Roll,' a crispy spring roll-style version of Palled Sin's signature truffle shumai with added truffle aroma, are also available.
