Promotion of the 'Clinical Data-Based Musculoskeletal Human Simulation Convergence Technology Support' Project
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] Jeonnam National University Hospital announced on the 17th that the Convergence Medical Device Industry Support Center (Director Professor Yoon Taeklim, Department of Orthopedics) participated in the '2022 Gwangju MediHealth Industry Exhibition' held at the Kim Daejung Convention Center from the 11th to the 13th.
The Convergence Medical Device Industry Support Center of Jeonnam National University Hospital, together with Jeonnam National University, Chosun University, and Nambu University, established the 'Gwangju City Medical Industry Joint Pavilion' with six themes: ▲Medical ▲Dental ▲Ophthalmology ▲Orthopedics ▲Dementia ▲Cosmetics, and among them, set up a booth themed on Orthopedics to engage in activities to build a regional medical industry network.
In particular, the Support Center promoted the 'Clinical Data-Based Musculoskeletal Human Simulation Convergence Technology Support' project at this exhibition. The 'Clinical Data-Based Musculoskeletal Human Simulation Convergence Technology Support' project is a corporate support program backed by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and Gwangju City, supporting 3D printing medical device manufacturers in various forms such as prototype packages and clinical trial consulting.
Four companies receiving support from the project participated in this exhibition to showcase their products.
Meanwhile, the 2022 Gwangju MediHealth Industry Exhibition, hosted by Gwangju City and organized by the Kim Daejung Convention Center, KOTRA, and Gwangju Technopark, exhibited and introduced ▲Medical (devices, materials, smart medical) ▲Beauty ▲Healthcare ▲Medical services. Major events included export consultation meetings inviting overseas buyers co-hosted by KOTRA, domestic hospital purchasing consultations, professional education and seminars, and beauty and healthcare demonstrations.
