Exchange Regular Changes to KOSPI 200, KOSDAQ 150, and KRX 300 Constituents
KOSPI 200 Includes Lotte Confectionery, Excludes Samyang Holdings
KOSDAQ 150 Replaces 11 Stocks, KRX 300 Replaces 20 Stocks

[Asia Economy Reporter Myunghwan Lee] Lotte Confectionery has newly been included in the KOSDAQ 200 index. Shinilajen, which recently resumed trading, has been added to the KOSDAQ 150 index.
The Korea Exchange announced on the 16th that it has finalized the regular changes to the components of the KOSPI 200, KOSDAQ 150, and KRX 300 indices.
As a result of the review by the Index Management Committee held on the same day, the replacement of components was decided for the KOSPI 200 (1 stock), KOSDAQ 150 (11 stocks), and KRX 300 (20 stocks). The changes will be applied starting from the 9th of next month.
Following the regular changes, one stock was replaced in the KOSPI 200. Lotte Confectionery was newly included in the index, while Samyang Holdings was removed. Compared to the seven stocks replaced during the June regular change, the number of replaced stocks decreased by six.
After the regular change, the proportion of KOSPI 200 constituent stocks relative to the total market capitalization of the entire KOSPI market reached 91.1%.
In the KOSDAQ 150, 11 stocks were replaced. The newly included stocks are Intops, ST Cube, ISC, DearU, HPSP, Shinilajen, Eoflow, Seongil Hightech, WCP, Canaria Bio, and The Nature Holdings. On the other hand, Cafe24, Kona I, Seoul Viosys, RSUPPORT, AP System, Intron Bio, CMG Pharmaceutical, Aptabio, Devsisters, Gradient, and Ebest Investment & Securities were excluded from the index.
After this change, the proportion of KOSDAQ 150 constituent stocks relative to the total market capitalization of the entire KOSDAQ market is 50.4%.
The KRX 300 index saw 20 stocks newly included. There were 19 stocks removed, and the Korea Exchange explained that the number of constituent stocks increased from 299 to 300 through this regular change. Newly included stocks are Lotte Confectionery, SK Networks, Shinilajen, DearU, Daesung Holdings, and Hyundai Electric. Stocks removed from the index include Samyang Holdings, NHN, Hyosung Chemical, KCC Glass, and Devsisters.
With this change, the proportion of KRX 300 constituent stocks relative to the total market capitalization of the entire stock market reached 77.9%.
