Ka123 Launches Electric Vehicle Exclusive 'EV Ansim Care Service'... Pilot Operation

Car maintenance specialist company Car123Jesper will pilot the electric vehicle (EV) exclusive care product ‘EV Anshim Care Service’ in collaboration with Hyundai Motor Company starting November 16.

The EV Anshim Care Service is a total care service composed of essential services for EV users such as tire air pressure management, window cleaning, vehicle inspection and consumable replacement, and battery charge management. It will be offered to customers in the form of a single-use voucher and a weekly subscription service with visits once a week.

In particular, the V2V charging module used in this service employs the world’s first V2V (*Vehicle to Vehicle) fast charging technology (up to 100kW), developed based on the technology and data accumulated through Hyundai’s ‘Mobile Charging Service’ (V2V emergency charging service) operated since 2016.

With this pilot operation, the ‘EV Anshim Care Service’ can be preferentially used on a limited basis during business hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays throughout Seoul, and service reservations can be made through the Car123Jesper customer center or website.

To commemorate the product launch with Hyundai Motor Company, the service will be provided free of charge for three months starting November exclusively to corporate customers using Hyundai electric vehicles. After the pilot period ends, the service will be officially launched with additional EV-exclusive products such as EV-specific tire replacement and dedicated air conditioning filters.

Song Yunhwa, CEO of Car123Jesper, said, “Hyundai Motor Company and Car123Jesper plan to advance the EV Anshim Care Service and expand it nationwide in 2023,” adding, “We hope for great interest in the EV Anshim Care Service, which can alleviate the concerns of customers wishing to purchase EVs early by overcoming the insufficient EV infrastructure that cannot keep pace with the rapid spread of electric vehicles, thereby contributing to EV adoption.”

Car123Jesper is an affiliate of Humax Mobility and plans to develop and introduce various mobility subscription services in connection with affiliates such as HiParking, HumaxEV, CarPlat, and PeopleCar.
